IMPORTANT:  A trigger tag mismatch triggered a error report, but was not
marked in the data stream.  Changed, untested.

Changed the nameformat of some statistics in nettrans to fit
it better to the DB.

The four daq processes (evtbuild, netmem, memnet, readout) no all store
their parameters and statistics to the DB.

reverted the new stop protocol introduced yesterday.  The current scheme for
inserting log info into the DB doesn't need it.

evtbuild now puts all parameters at start and all statistics at stop to
database.
CAUTION: parameter names have changed

The Storage file ist not sensible to control in CVS

DAQ uses SetupParam now, param file name therefore has changed from

two step procedure, Worker_halt signals the worker to stop processing but
keep the status segment alive.  Worker stop afterwards really kills the
