This ver seems work with downscaling - i have written my own dtu interface - M.Palka

In this version Etrax is running and is able to download the data with 10kHz and 80 words per event (with self triggering)

This version can readout TDC without cooperation with etrax - just sending data on etrax port
This version is running only with interlal generation of lvl1 and lvl2 trigger
