The new Website trb.gsi.de in a new look has been launched. Thanks to Jan for the all the work. Looks good!

	Our most recent addition to the set of AddOns: Combined with a Trb3sc it produces digital pulses (LVDS) with a minimum width of 1.04 ns and arbitrary period. 48 outputs using our usual 40-pair KEL and 17-pair pin-header connector are available. 16 lines are controlled individually, 32 more are connected in groups of 8. The time offset between channels can be configured online.

An additional analog part can generate PMT-like signals with varying amplitude and pulse shape.

TRB3sc + TRB3scBP have been commissioned in Frankfurt.
The hardware seems fine. Still the VHDL-modules for TDC + Ethernet have to be transferred to the new platform.

New arrival: Trb3sc - the single-FPGA, crate-compatible brother of TRB3. Main applications:

• very small setups, e.g. 48-channel TDC
• organized, neat setups in a crate: a 3U crate can house 10 TRB3sc including AddOns
• variable bandwidth setups: configurable with one GbE link per FPGA or one per crate.

Fully compatible to TRB3, its AddOns and software suites.

We reached serial number 158 of produced TRB3.
